Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using citadelblueprint.com (the “Site”) operated by Citadel Blueprint (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Citadel Blueprint provides subscription-based access to pre-animated design assets including lower thirds, logo stingers, social stickers, and background loops, delivered in MP4 and Lottie JSON formats.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
4.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed exclusively through Payonus. By subscribing, you authorize Payonus to charge your selected payment method.
4.2 Subscription Terms
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
– You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
– Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
4.3 No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
– Unused downloads
– Dissatisfaction with assets
– Change of mind
– Technical issues on your end
– Account cancellation
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any price changes will take effect at the next billing cycle following notice to you.
5. LICENSE AND USAGE
5.1 Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use assets according to your subscription tier.
5.2 Permitted Uses
– Personal and commercial projects
– Client work
– Broadcast and social media content
– Unlimited projects during active subscription
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not:
– Resell, redistribute, or share assets as standalone products
– Use assets in ways that promote illegal activities
– Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source files
– Share account access with unauthorized users
– Use Starter plan assets for commercial client work
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All assets, designs, and content on the Site remain the property of Citadel Blueprint or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a license to use assets; it does not transfer ownership.
7. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for:
– Violation of these Terms
– Fraudulent payment activity
– Unauthorized sharing of account access
– Distribution of assets outside permitted uses
Upon termination, your license to use downloaded assets expires. You must cease using all assets in new projects.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citadel Blueprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Citadel Blueprint from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Citadel Blueprint operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
